Collection Questions

1.    Are you affiliated with any religious organization?

We are just two people, Steve and Janet, plus a great team of Caboodle!™ Toys partners that make the collect to win™  vision real. We have embraced the beauty of the Noah’s Ark story and its relevance to many of the popular religions in the world including Christianity, Judaism, and Islamism. Intended for all, Noah’s Pals™ is a collection that evokes the beauty in all animals.

2.    How did you pick the names of the Pals?

In naming the premier collection of Noah’s Pals™, we received inspiration chiefly from the Social Security Administration’s annual announcements of Popular Baby Names. To create a healthy mix of names, we looked to widely accepted names of both the present and the past.

3.    Where’s the hippo?

We’re forward thinking, so the initial series of forty animals represents a mere fraction of the diversity of life on our planet. Remain patient, for soon we’ll introduce the hippopotamus, the rhinoceros, and other great Noah’s Pals™.

4.    How did you determine which animals are Endangered, Vulnerable, and Common?

We consulted many resources and lists, such as, for example, the IUCN Red List in making such determinations. We further collaborated with our philanthropic partner, the Wildlife Conservation Society, in populating the status classifications.

5.    Is the Dodo for sale?

Extinct animals are not for sale. A single extinct animal will be a part of each Caboodle!™ for each series going forward.

6.    What if I have trouble finding all of the Pals?

The endangered Pals can be a challenge to find—and that’s part of the fun of collecting Noah’s Pals™. We encourage you to keep searching. As a way of saying thanks for supporting our new business, we’ve made the Caboodle!™  a fun reward for your notable efforts.

7.    What are Noah’s Pals™  made from?

All of the Pals, plus Noah and the Ark, are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Our products comply with the highest safety standards of the United States and Europe. The paints used to color Noah’s Pals™ are free of lead. For further details, please read the Product Safety page of our site.

Business Questions

8.    How big is Caboodle!™ Toys?  Are you part of a corporation?

Right now, we’re a small limited liability company (LLC) managed by Steve and Janet, the two founders. With Noah’s Pals™, we are focused on producing a great collection that will bring a lasting joy to children and parents. Entering the toy and collectibles business is difficult, and we are relying on our collectors to help us introduce our vision and products to others.

9.    Do you sell Noah’s Pals™  directly to collectors?

You cannot purchase Noah’s Pals™ from us. Instead, we rely on our valued retailers to bring Noah’s Pals™ to you. To support our ability to reward you with the Caboodle!™, we have established a Caboodle!™ Shop with exclusive Noah’s Pals™ gear. In the shop, you’ll find fun, collection-related accessories, such as t-shirts, umbrellas, and tote bags. We also sell the Ark in our online shop, just in case it’s not available at your favorite retailer. If you wish to gather those final few Noah’s Pals™ to complete your collection, you’ll need to ask retailers or search auction sites such as eBay.

10.  Can I sell Noah’s Pals™  to others?

Perhaps. We designed our product for specialty shops, gift stores, zoos, etc. If you would like to carry Noah’s Pals™, please visit our Retailer Gateway and apply for an account. Within a few days, we will review your application. Upon approval, we’ll provide you with a password, and you’ll be able to place orders through the web. (We can, of course, always take your order by phone or fax.)

11.  Can I sell Noah’s Pals™  as part of a fundraiser?

We think that’s a great idea! If you are directing a fundraising program, please feel free to contact us, and we will find a way to collaborate.

Service Questions

12.  How long does it take to get the Caboodle!™ ?

We try to process orders within ten business days. Shipping can sometimes take another seven business days. We hope that you’ll have the Caboodle!™ within three to four weeks.

13.  I want to collect multiple Noah’s Pals™,  but the system only lets me register one. What can I do?

Over time, we’ll increase the functionality of our website. In the interim, we suggest creating a new account with a different e-mail address. We’ll notify you when we update our system.

14.  What should I do if one of my Noah’s Pals™  breaks?

We’re sorry to hear about this problem. We’ve made the Pals—and the Ark and Noah—from durable PVC to minimize these types of problems. Unfortunately, we do not stock replacement items or parts because of the “limited edition” nature of our collection. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience to you. In rare instances, Noah’s Pals™ may be damaged during shipment to the retailer. If you find this to be the case, please follow your retailer’s established rules.

15.  Why do some Noah’s Pals™  look different from others?

Each Noah’s Pal™ is painted by hand, so minor differences across figures are inevitable. You probably have noticed that males and females sport slightly different shades of color; such is the result of our examination of the differences between the genders. We selected unique colors across the animal set to provide you with an accurate portrayal of how Pals look in the wild.

16.  I keep getting error codes when I enter the ID Code. What should I do?

We understand your frustration. We must have made a mistake that needs to be fixed. Kindly send us a photocopy of your ID Card with a note about the nature of the problem. Please make sure to include your e-mail address in your note. Our mailing address is:
